Firstventure is a HR Tech SaaS company and the home of Courseplay, a 360-degree employee growth platform. Courseplay marries learning with employee growth for leading companies around the world. We are disrupting the LMS and LXP markets by offering an AI-powered employee experience platform that covers formal learning, social learning and on-the-job experience. Firstventure was founded in March 2012 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. We recently closed our seed round with Inflection Point Ventures and are looking for aggressive growth in the enterprise market this year.
