Clients can use SAML 2.0 SSO to integrate Courseplay with their internal systems using centralized identity management for better learning automation.
Courseplay and SAML 2.0 SSO
With SAML 2.0 SSO, clients can integrate Courseplay with their MIS, HRMS, ERP, SAP and other systems using a centralized identity management system. Services like GSuite, Onelogin, Auth0, AWS, Salesforce, Centrify, Okta, Ping Identity and many more can also be easily integrated with Courseplay with SAML 2.0 SSO.
When a user tries to log in on Courseplay, they will be redirected to log in on the Identity Provider’s page, and Courseplay will rely on the Identity Provider to authenticate the user. This allows clients to only maintain a single user database for all their logins.
By setting up attributes, Courseplay will automatically create Designations, Locations, Departments, Divisions, Batches, Levels, and other types of groups for users and courses. We call these groups Categories.
This also means that by combining learning paths, mandatory courses and attributes, clients will be able to fully automate the onboarding and course assignment process with Courseplay.
