Performance Tracking on Courseplay
When using a learning platform, it’s important not to lose sight of the bigger picture: the learning has to reflect in the real-world performance of the learner.
At Courseplay, we offer a highly customizable performance tracker that allows clients to upload as many Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as they need. KPIs can link with skills to provide data about how achievements in the real world are affected by the learning programs uploaded on Courseplay. KPIs can also be assigned a target, unit and weight to ensure that the right metrics are being measured correctly.
Managers will create KPI Groups and assign them to their learners or end-users for each month. This also gives clients the flexibility to record progress on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis.
Users are expected to first perform a self-evaluation by reflecting on their own achievements for that period. If needed, they can add comments or notes for their managers. Once the self-assessment is complete, managers are notified and must complete the performance evaluation by providing their own ratings. Finally, the KPI group is locked and a final grade is awarded.
