Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company’s overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.

Responsibilities (Non-exhaustive)

  • Knowledgeable of the partner’s propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities
  • Ensures partner account of the vision, strategies and capabilities of the alliance
  • Develops metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
  • Develops strategic alliances framework and plan to support lines of business and R&D
  • Researches, establishes, and develops new strategic alliances and partnerships and channel partners
  • Plans and manages contracts, messaging, product integration, technology sourcing, and go to marketing plans with partner
  • Provides partners with resources to be successful
  • Sustains, manages, and cultivates relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities
  • Provides access to marketing collaterals, technical specifications, etc. by coordinating internally
  • Works with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals
  • Deepening the relationship with partners
  • Always Maintaining a good rapport with all our partners
  • Promoting partners to sell our product
  • Keeping our partners active

Qualification

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; technical degree preferred
  • MBA or other advanced degree would be preferred

Work & Experience

  • 2 – 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or partnership roles
  • 2+ years in executive alliance or partnership roles

Skills and Abilities

  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Coordination and collaboration
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
  • Strong planning, project, and organizational skills
